In the event that you will receive a defective, damaged or the wrong order, we will only grant a refund or exchange 30 days from the date of purchase. The returned item should also be sent back to us unopened and unused. To complete the process, we will also need a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you through email if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, your refund will be processed and will automatically be applied to your credit card or other mode of payment used within a number of business days.
